Fundamental to Native American healing is understanding how to use universal energy to rebalance body, mind and spirit. The use of Tobacco, Sage, and the role of dreams and visions within the context of Native American Healing are also discussed in this talk.

Understanding that everything is energy and working with it, can help us to understand our human and individual connection to everything around us. Learning who we are and accepting ourselves for what we are, is central to starting this process.
